Pigs (Porcine)
GeneSeek provides the following tests for pigs. For submission forms, sample collection kits and price information, click here. Samples can be hair, blood, blood on cards, muscle tissue, ear notches (including TypiFix sample collection devices), semen etc. Any DNA test can be combined with PRRSV if blood cards, whole blood or semen samples are submitted. If you are a member of the National Swine Registry, you should submit samples through the NSR.
